Main Character: It was 17 years since Maggie Quinn’s Sight(clairvoyance etc.) kicked in. She was forced to go for Prom(didn’t plan on going for Prom)to vanquish a demon summoned by a crazed schoolmate.
Summary/Plot: High school senior and yearbook photographer Maggie thought she would rather die than go to prom, but when a classmate summons a revenge-seeking demon, she has no choice but to buy herself a dress and prepare to face jocks, cheerleaders, and Evil incarnate.
Theme: Magic(demonology), horror
AN: Full of action, sharp wit and plain craziness. All in all, a good read(also because of the vocabulary)

Main Character: Maureen ‘Mo’ Clark signed up for a S.A.S.S. skiing programme, intent on getting away from her family(of renowned skiers).
Summary/Plot: Mo went overseas on a scholar-athlete programme, away from her father’s shadow. However, balancing classes and practice gets more challenging. She meets a boy(outcast), who trains her in return for her gaining him publicity.

Summary/Plot: Following her conscience led high school freshman Mena to clash with her parents and former friends from their conservative Christian church, but might result in new friendships and more when she stands up for a teacher who refuses to include ‘Intelligent Design’ in lessons on evolution.

Main Character: Kristi has a psychic ability-to read minds. She is also judgemental because she can read minds and knows whether to trust the person or not. She gets to discover herself(and the others around her) a bit more throughout the story.
Plot/Summary: Kristi, a sophomore in an alternative high school, thinks that nearly everyone dislikes her but begins to doubt her psychic insights after learning long held family secrets and some classmates’ true feelings.

Title: Princess of the Midnight Ball

Main Character(s): Galen is an ex-soldier, returning from a battle won. He works as a gardener in the King’s Folly-which his uncle is in charge of.
Summary/Plot: A retelling of the 12 princesses who wear out their dancing shoes every night, and of Galen, a former soldier now working in the King’s gardens, who follows them in hopes of breaking the curse.
